Some days I had to take five or more different pills at four different times of the day! It is such a hassle for me to remember the right times and right quantities—even to remember to pick them up from the pharmacy! And it would just be nice if I could have some help…

The growing number of pharmaceutical drugs that many of our Elders receive often requires consistent professional monitoring to prevent errors. As a result, many families have found the burden of medication management difficult and stressful.

MedCare allows the family to ‘unload’ that burden of being the nurse or pharmacist to our professional staff and network.
With our MedCare service a licensed professional will visit your home weekly to refill medications, review any dosages that were missed, and coordinate with other health care providers involved in your care. While there our nurse will often check vital signs for any irregularity.

Many families find MedCare to be a valuable addition to Direct Care, or as an independent service.
